Grain-Mixer – grain seed treatment device

Purpose. Grain-Mixer is used for chemical and biological treatment of grain seeds before sowing to ensure even distribution of active substances and high seed preparation quality.

Description

Grain-Mixer – a simple and easy-to-use device for grain seed treatment, where the material is distributed using a screw conveyor. The device can be purchased with a screw conveyor or used with an existing farm screw conveyor, which must be at least 3 m long.

Grain-Mixer ensures precise and even spraying of treatment material on grain seeds, as it comes with these main components:

• 5 nozzles – with different flow rates, suitable for various material amounts (considering that the amount of treatment material needed for 1 ton of seed grain may vary);

• pressure regulating valve – ensures constant pressure and even seed spraying;

• measuring container – used to determine the required flow and pressure, taking into account the viscosity of the sprayed material; the amount of material sprayed in 1 minute is measured before treatment, based on which optimal working parameters are set;

• diaphragm pump with 230 V connection, comes with a 3 m long power cord.
