UAB “LIŪDYNĖ” manufactures various types of waste containers – liftable and retractable, open and closed, designed for waste collection and storage. The capacity of the manufactured containers ranges from 1 m³ to 40 m³.
Screw ash containers for boiler rooms
Screw ash containers are designed for boiler rooms and are used for collecting, temporarily storing, and transporting hot and cold ash, slag, wood chips, and other bulk materials, ensuring continuous automatic material supply.
The containers are equipped with an ash leveling system with a screw conveyor. The screw, driven by a gear motor, evenly distributes the ash throughout the container volume, ensuring optimal filling and smooth operation.
The ash container is made of a closed-type metal body with an opening lid. The design includes two control hatches on the sides, a loading opening, and a lifting hook on top.
The containers are adapted for transportation by trucks – they are equipped with a hook lift system, allowing for safe and convenient transfer.
Manufacturing of construction waste containers
The main purpose of construction waste containers is the collection and removal of construction and industrial waste from companies, municipalities, and residential sectors.
UAB “Liūdynė” manufactures construction waste containers tailored to the specific fleet of the client (garbage trucks), considering the lifting system used, dimensions, and operating conditions.
The containers are made from steel sheet, reinforced with a frame of steel profile tubes. The thickness, configuration, and technical solutions of the structure are selected according to the expected loads and the client’s specifications.
