Purpose – transportation of bulk products

Conveyors are designed for transporting various bulk products in different sectors:

Agriculture – for transporting grains, flour, feed, and various cereal crops.

Boiler rooms – for transporting ash, wood chips, pellets, and other fuel materials.

For industry – for transporting cement, lime, sand, gravel, humus, soil, bone meal, crushed glass, shredded secondary raw materials, as well as shot blasting equipment materials and other bulk products.

Assembly

Conveyors are usually manufactured and supplied with electric motors or gear motors, but they can also be purchased without them if needed. Assembly with single-phase electric motors is also possible.

Adaptation according to farm size

Conveyors are suitable for both small farms and large grain processing corporations. Depending on the planned workload and capacity needs, the optimal conveyor diameter is selected.

• Conveyors with the smallest diameter are recommended for small and minor farms;

• medium diameter – for larger farms;

• largest diameter – for large-scale grain processing companies and corporations.

• There are no restrictions on the length of the loader – various length options are available, for example: 5.5 m, 7 m, 9.6 m, and others, according to the client’s needs.

• Larger diameter and higher capacity screw conveyors are manufactured according to individual orders.

When selecting a motor for the conveyor, technologists always consider the device’s length and planned load. Capacity is adjusted with a damper through which grains enter the loader. For clients seeking additional capacity adjustment, a suitable reducer or frequency converter can be selected.

Using a chassis, the loader can be easily moved from one place to another. To facilitate loading and unloading processes, a configuration with a hopper is offered, from which bulk products can be conveniently and quickly transferred to the desired location.

U-profile screw conveyors are manufactured, which transport cereal crops more gently and cause less damage, especially to peas and beans. All our products come with post-warranty service and repair.

A loader with a hydraulic motor is also available. This type of conveyor is attached to a trailer and operates without electricity, making it particularly convenient for fieldwork.
